The non-profit association Female Entrepreneurs Basel acts as an umbrella organization in the Basel region, supporting female entrepreneurship together with local startup supporting organizations and with our members. With your membership, you show your commitment to the cause.
Holding the POWHER Awards during the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) Basel
Our activities on the topic of "female entrepreneurship" include:
POWHER networking events for our members, POWHER Alumni and POWHER Award winners with exchange of experiences and networking
The membership fee includes one or several tickets to the POWHER Awards ceremony, which is held during theGEW Basel Gala(Global Entrepreneurship Week).
If you wish, your entry/logo will be listed in the membership directory on our website and on our photo wall during the POWHER Awards
The POWHER Awards have been initiated by the non-profit association Female Entrepreneurs Baselwhich was founded in 2022 by Karin, Doug, Leonie, Daniela, Stephy and Maurus with the support of the Innovation Office University of Basel, FEMtrepreneurs, Impact Hub Basel, Basel Area Business & Innovation, and Startup Academy (Schweiz).
